VISK Platform

VISK

VISK control systems family represents a compact, modular solution that is used for collecting, processing and dissemination of digital and analog signals. Several types of devices are developed, and development of additional devices is provided as needed.

VISK system consists of a controller unit in base case and additional, peripheral modules in separate enclosures. Additional modules are connected to the controller unit via bus module.

Basic features of the system are:

 

  • configurable LCD display and keypad
  • optical LED indicators on front panel of housings
  • extended temperature range (-40 to +85)
  • ethernet communication interface
  • mounting with screws or on a DIN rail
  • integrated CF card for data logging

Currently developed modules and their characteristics are shown below. 

Controller Unit

Controller unit consists of a CPU module, power supply module and, optionally, one peripheral module. Basic features of the unit are:

  • 2 DPDT relay digital outputs, 24 VDC 2A
  • providing supply voltage of 5V for other modules
  • supply voltage: 24V, 20W


Digital Inputs Module

  • 32 galvanically isolated digital inputs, 8 channels with a common zero, 4 groups
  • each input channel has reverse voltage and overvoltage protection
  • logical level "high" ("1") - from 15 to 30 VDC, logical level "low" ("0") - from -30 to 6 VDC
  • supply voltage: 5V


Digital Outputs Module

  • 8 galvanically isolated SPDT relay digital outputs
  • 24 VDC 1.5 A, 110 VDC 0.5 A
  • supply voltage: 5V

Analog Inputs Module

  • galvanically isolated channels, individually configurable
  • voltage input: 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-15V, input current: 0-20mA, 4-20mA
  • resolution A / D conversion: 12 bit
  • supply voltage: 5V

Analog Outputs Module

  • 8 galvanically isolated, current outputs: 4-20mA
  • 12-bit resolution
  • supply voltage: 5V

Pt100 Module

  • 8 galvanically isolated Pt100 inputs
  • wiring: 4-wire
  • 16-bit resolution
  • supply voltage: 5V
